Control Room Team Leaders

Control Room Team Leaders are responsible for the management of the control room during out of normal office hours. During this time they must monitor the CCTV system, record and report incidents, ensure the operational security officers are aware of their individual shift patterns and any other duties that are set by the Operations Manager.

Toni started within the company in December 2010 as a steward at local football matches. She then became a full time security officer and was promoted to a Control Team Leader within a few weeks after her outstanding performance in the field.

Ian started with the company in May 2011 as a Control Team Leader. He brings to the company 15 years experience working within a CCTV environment. He also has an incident management background and has vast experience in dealing with the public in emergency situations.

 

 

DeanDean Cusworth                                                                                                           

Dean joined the company in July 2011 as a Control Team Leader and has developed excellent interpersonal skills due to his experience in previous employment.

 

 

 

 Mobile Team Leaders 

Mobile Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring the effective management of all operational related issues. Their duties include, attending site visits, attending alarm call outs, administering site induction training for all new employees, attending incidents and any other duties that are set by the Operations Manager.

Steve started with the company in September 2009 as a security officer. After a few months he was promoted to Mobile Team Leader. Steve has a vast amount of experience working in a team leader role and this is partly the reason he was promoted.

Tom Kitching                                                                                                             

Tom started with the company in April 2009 as a Mobile Team Leader. After leaving the military he then started a career in the security industry as a door supervisor and worked in this role for many years before joining Doyle Consultants Limited.

Chris joined the company in April 2011 as a security officer and due to his industry knowledge and experience, he was promoted to Mobile Team Leader in July 2011.
